How do I sign up for the loyalty program?

You are auto enrolled into the
Loyalty program when you create a profile (profile is created from the first
purchase). To ensure that points apply to your Rewards account be sure to log
into your Loyalty account before placing your order.

What benefits do I get as a rewards member?

Earn 1 point for every $1 spent, plus extra points as indicated above.

Do rewards automatically apply to my purchase?

Points will automatically apply to your account
once your complete order ships.

How do I redeem my loyalty points?

Sign into your Loyalty account and
view the options available to you for your accumulated points. Click on the
item you are interested in to make your selection. When you check out make sure
you are logged into your Loyalty Rewards account. You will be given the option
to add your redeemed product or discount to your order.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

No, you can earn as many points as you want.

Do points expire?

Yes, points expire 24 months after you start accumulating, we will notify you 14, 7 days in advance.

Do I earn points if my order is canceled?

No, if an order is cancelled, points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the points balance.

What happens if I return an order?

Points used for returns will be credited back; points earned will be deducted.

Where can I view or edit my account information?

Login to your profile to view and update your details.

Do previous orders accumulate points?

No, only orders placed after 3/20/2025 (program launch) are eligible to earn points.

Can I cancel my membership in the rewards program?

Yes, please contact us to remove your account from the program.
