Address exclusions
We are unable to ship to Canadian P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. We are unable to ship Air Purifiers to Indiana.

SHIPPING PROMOTIONS: Valid on STANDARD SHIPPING to the 48 Contiguous States ONLY unless otherwise stated. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from any FREE or reduced shipping offers.
International
We currently DO NOT ship to international addresses (except for Canada). Please review our International Inquiries page for further assistance with international ordering.
Delivery times & processing
Canadian Shipping & Restrictions
Due to carrier restrictions, various Canadian Postal Codes are not eligible for Standard UPS Ground Shipping. However, your order can be delivered by Express (delivery in 3-5 business days). This restriction and shipping option will be reflected on your order when entering your Ship-to Address. We recommend reviewing your order details before submitting. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
Order Processing
You will receive an email notification verifying that your product(s) has been shipped when any part of your order ships. Because of this, orders with multiple items might arrive in different boxes on different days.
48 Contiguous States:
STANDARD DELIVERY: Standard delivery may take up to 7 business days
EXPRESS DELIVERY: Express delivery may take up to 3 business days.
Canada, Alaska & Hawaii:
STANDARD DELIVERY: Standard delivery may take 10 - 15 business days
EXPRESS DELIVERY: Express delivery may take up to 5 business days.
Tax & Tax Exempt Orders
Corelle Brands collects and remits sales tax in all states which have sales tax, plus the District of Columbia. Sales tax is based on the location of the shipping address. For a tax-exempt order, please call our Customer Care Center at 1-800-999-3436 to place your order. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 10am-4pm EST.
Shipping Carrier
- Orders more than 7lbs but less than 150lbs will ship via UPS Ground.
- Orders less than 7lbs will ship via UPS SurePost® (utilizing U.S. Postal Service® for final delivery).
- Orders of 150lbs or more may ship via a specialty carrier and may post additional shipping charges.
- Express Shipping Available for an additional fee.
Weekend Delivery
Orders will not be deliver on weekends or holiday by UPS Ground. Orders that ship via UPS SurePost® may be delivered on Saturdays by USPS.

Shipping promotions will show as a Shipping Discount on your order. (Example: $6.99 FLAT RATE Shipping over $50. For a $50 order you will be charged your appropriate shipping cost of $7.99 and then a shipping discount of -$1.00 would be applied).
FREE, FLAT or DISCOUNTED shipping offers are valid on STANDARD SHIPPING ONLY, unless otherwise specified, to the 48 contiguous UNITED STATES. These offers are NOT available on shipping to Canada, Hawaii or Alaska. FREE, FLAT or DISCOUNTED shipping offers applied using a coupon code CANNOT be combined with any other coupon offer. However, they may be combined with special offers like BOGO, BUY # SAVE # and other system applied discounts. FREE, FLAT or DISCOUNTED shipping offers DO NOT apply to orders over $1,000 unless otherwise specified.
