Welcome to the Corelle Brands Rewards Program (the “Program”). By joining or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Corelle Brands ("we", "us", "our") owns and operates the website www.corelle.com (the “site”) and administers the Corelle Brands Loyalty Program (the "Program"). The Program, along with its content, incentives, and rewards, is collectively referred to as the "Service."
Your access to and use of the Service is governed by these Terms of Service, as well as the program benefits detailed on Corelle Brands Account Page (together, the “Terms of Service”) and the terms of the site (the “Terms”) available at Corelle Terms.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By checking the box to sign up for the Program, accessing the Service, or becoming a member (as defined below), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not check the box, access the Service, or register as a member.
These Terms of Service include a mandatory binding arbitration provision, which is part of the Terms. Please review the arbitration agreement carefully (see arbitration section) at Corelle Terms. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you have read and fully understood all of these terms, including those of the site, and acknowledge their potential impact on your legal rights.
Corelle Brands provides the Service subject to these Terms of Service, as well as:
- Privacy Notice: Available at Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that any information you provide through the Service is governed by our Privacy Notice, and you consent to our actions regarding your information as outlined in this notice. It explains the types of information we collect, how we use it, when we may share it with third parties, and your rights related to your information.
- Cookie Policy: Available at Corelle Cookie Policy. This policy outlines our use of cookies and similar technologies on the site. It includes the types of cookies we use, why we use them, and how you can manage your cookie preferences.
You may not access the Service or register for membership if you (a) do not agree to these Terms of Service, (b) are not at least 18 years old or of legal age to form a binding contract with Corelle Brands, or (c) are prohibited from accessing or using the site or any services by applicable law.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Corelle Brands Rewards Program is a loyalty program designed to reward our customers for their purchases and engagement with our brand. As a member, you can earn points to redeem for discounts and exclusive offers.
ELIGIBILITY
To use the service, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and a legal resident of the United States (including the District of Columbia and U.S. territories) or Canada. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not permitted to access, use, or register for the service.
PROGRAM PARTICIPATION
To participate in the Program, you must create an account on the Corelle Brands website. If you already have an account, you will automatically be enrolled in the Program. Membership is free and available to individuals who make eligible purchases on our website.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND PROGRAM
Corelle Brands reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the Terms of Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of any significant changes at least thirty (30) days before the effective date of any changes. Notices of changes may be communicated by posting an updated version of the Terms of Service on the website associated with the Program and, at Corelle Brands’ discretion, via email. Members should periodically review the Terms of Service for any updates. It is the responsibility of members to stay informed about any changes to these Terms of Service.
Corelle Brands may, at its sole discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the service (including eligibility, the Program, rewards, and/or points) at any time, even if such changes impact the value of points, status levels, benefits, or rewards already earned. Any such changes, cancellations, suspensions, or modifications will be posted on the website.
Continued use of the service, participation in the Program, access to the service, and/or redemption of points following notice of any changes to the Terms of Service will constitute a member's acceptance of those changes.
EARNING POINTS
As a member, you will earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases. Additional points may be earned through special promotions and offers, which will be clearly communicated by Corelle Brands. You can earn an unlimited number of points, and points will be credited to your account once your order is confirmed.
REDEEMING POINTS
To redeem your points, simply select the “Apply to Order” option during checkout. Points will not automatically apply to your purchase, so make sure to manually apply them when prompted.
POINTS EXPIRATION
Points earned in the Program will expire 24 months after they are first earned. You will receive notifications prior to your points' expiration, including reminders sent 30 days, 14 days and 7 days before the points expire. Once expired, points cannot be reinstated.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If your order is canceled, you will not earn points for that purchase. Any points used for that canceled order will be credited back to your account.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you return an item from an eligible purchase, the points you used will be credited back to your account. Any points earned from the returned items will be deducted from your balance.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
You can view or edit your account details on our website. Here, you can track your points balance, manage your personal information, and update your preferences.
CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
You may cancel your membership by contacting our Consumer Care Center here. Please note that if you cancel your membership, any unused points will remain in your account until they expire.
TERMINATION
Corelle Brands reserves the right to revoke a member's access to all or any part of the service at any time, with or without cause, and this termination will be effective immediately. Notice of such termination will be provided in accordance with Section 2. Additionally, Corelle Brands has the sole discretion to prohibit any member from participating in any part of the program if it is determined or suspected that the member has engaged in or attempted to engage in any of the following actions: (a) violating these Terms of Service; (b) damaging, interfering with, or corrupting the operation of the program or website; (c) acting with the intention to annoy, harass, or harm any other individual; (d) engaging in inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, or unusual behavior; or (e) participating in any activity deemed by Corelle Brands, in its sole discretion, to be inconsistent with the intended purpose of the program. Any decision made by Corelle Brands regarding the termination or suspension of a member’s participation in the program shall be final and binding. Corelle Brands will have exclusive authority to determine cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms of Service.
If a member wishes to cancel their registration and account, they may do so at any time by emailing customerservice@corellebrands.com, providing their email address, and specifying the account to be terminated.
Upon termination, all rights and responsibilities of the parties will end, and the member must immediately stop using the service. After termination, Corelle Brands is under no obligation to retain any content within the member's account (including, without limitation, records of points, which will be permanently forfeited) or to forward any unread or unsent messages to the member.
DISCLOSURE OF MATERIAL CONNECTIONS, CONTENT CREATED BY YOU AS OUR REWARDS MEMBER
At Corelle Brands, we believe in maintaining full transparency and providing clear, fair, and effective disclosures regarding any material connections between our members and Corelle Brands.
If you receive any form of compensation from Corelle Brands in exchange for promoting our products or making public statements related to our products, programs, or affiliates (including on social media in text, audio, or video formats), you are required to clearly disclose this material connection. Compensation may include, but is not limited to, free products, special access or privileges, points, discounts, and/or other monetary or non-monetary incentives.
Members must:
- Be truthful in all statements, avoid making unsubstantiated or misleading claims, Respect intellectual property rights, use good judgment and be respectful in their content (e.g., no obscene, hateful, or illegal content), only use products as intended.
This is to ensure transparency and maintain trust in the relationship between members and Corelle Brands.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Corelle Brands is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your participation in the Program. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged or donated.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions and your participation in the Program are governed by the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
