Ordering & account

When you are ready to complete your purchase, simply go to checkout and follow these steps to place your order:

Registered users

If you are a returning customer and have an account with us, please sign in using your email address and password and you will be taken directly to the first Checkout tab.

Non-registered users

If you are not registered, you can proceed without creating an account or you can create an account.

Billing and shipping info

Enter your billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. Your credit card will not be accepted without the appropriate billing address and telephone number. If you are a returning customer, your billing address will automatically appear on the Billing and Shipping page. If the shipping address is different than the billing address, enter the address where you would like your order shipped.

Shipping options

From the options provided, select from the shipping methods that are available for the item(s) you wish to purchase. For more information on shipping, click here.

Payment information

At this time, you must verify your address information is correct, review your order and then enter your payment method and click "Place Order." 

Purchase summary

After you complete the checkout process, the Purchase Summary page confirms detailed of the order you have placed and also provides you with a Purchase Summary reference number. We recommend that you print this Purchase Summary page for your records as it may be needed for order references.

Order and shipment confirmations

You will receive an order confirmation email which will include an order number - you can use this to track your order in My Account. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details of which item/items have been sent. Please note that if you order more than one item, it is possible that different items may arrive on different days depending on stock availability.

Canadian orders

All orders are charged in US dollars. Credit card companies may convert your total to your local currency. Your order confirmation reflects US dollars.

Can I cancel part of an order or make changes/adjustments?

Self-cancellation is only available on full orders within the 90 minutes of placing your order.

If you need to adjust the shipping details, payment information, or make a partial adjustment to your order, we recommend cancelling within the 90 minute window and submitting a new order. with the necessary changes

Note: Cancel window timeframes can vary based on processing times. You may occasionally encounter shorter or longer windows based on variables (ex: holidays, promotions, weather, etc.). Because of this, although we will do our best to accommodate your request, cancellations are not guaranteed.


How do I cancel an order

When you place an order with us, the order cancellation option will be open for a limited time before the order is processed. If you find the need to cancel your order within 90 minutes of purchase, take the following steps

  1. Visit the Order Status page and check your order status by entering the order number (minus the leading zeros) and the Ship-to Zip/Postal code.
  2. From the “Your Order” page scroll to the bottom and click on the “Cancel Order” button
  3. If the cancellation is successful the word “Cancelled” will populate under the “Order Status” header at the top of the “Your Order” page.
  4. You will immediately receive a Cancellation Email to the email address you used while placing your order.


Why am I unable to cancel my order?

If you have followed the steps above and do not see the “Cancel Order” option on the “Your Order” page it may not be eligible for cancellation. Some of the reasons why “Cancel Order” may not be an option are: 

  • The order is outside of the 90-minute cancellation window
  • The order has already shipped

I was unable to cancel my order what can I do?

If you are unable to cancel your order, you can:

  • Contact the carrier (UPS or USPS if it ships SurePost) once it ships and ask if your order can be returned to us Corelle Brands at the following address (there is no guarantee that it can be rerouted):

  • Do not refuse the package from the courier, as this can result in the return of the package to the wrong location and cause delays in the refund process.
